Rodent news

Just when I think a rodent is actually cute, he or she dies. Poor Chmurka. Maybe hamster heaven has a bunch of wheels for Chmurka to run on, and perhaps a bunch of sushi.
As for the gross RODENT visitor in my apartment, no one has seen it since I saw it last Saturday. This morning, Jeff sent me two text messages.
“I just saw a flat mouse on the road.”
“Your rodent problem has been solved.”
Great! Good thing I wasn’t hungry. An exterminator company, AKA RodentBusters, paid a visit and left us a lovely yellow note saying that they treated the kitchen for mice. Not sure what they did, but regardless, I suspect the rodent has been long gone. When the RODENT looked at me last Saturday, it probably got scared shitless and found a new home. Yeah, on the road, FLAT.

Haha. I just have to say this. That rodent better not show up in my apartment! *eyes Jeff* I can’t decide what is more gross: an iguana or a rodent.

Awhhh poor little guy, all he was trying to do was have a decent life!

BTW… i think roaches are far more gross than either iguanas or rodents.

I agree with Kara… I can watch TV, see a mouse run across the floor, and could care less. But if I saw a cockroach or other bug….
*scream*

your solution is simple…get a cat

(sarah’s apt. mate) sharif– oh we would get a cat. well i would. but pets aren’t allowed. Otherwise, I’d borrow my sister’s cat to have him prowl around. =) well, then the other one wouldn’t like it cuz she’s allergic to cats!
though I don’t know if the rodent is gone. he could be making himself at home very nicely just hidden away somewhere in some food or a laundry pile.

I caught a up to 7 small field mice back in my old home in Mill Valley. Caught’em using mouse-friendly-trap. I wasn’t exactly friendly, really. I took it to my car, drove far away into more wild park and release them. I pick a specific spot where all my favorite predators, the owls, will grab’em for food. YUM!
